Vincentians have been provided with guidance on the definition of theft, by the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force.
Head of the Police Public Relations Department, Sergeant Edson Smith explained when theft occurs.
Sergeant Smith outlined other situations where theft may have occurred, and advised persons to ensure that they have evidence, when persons refuse to return their property.
