

Team Rivals defeated LIME Radcliffe by 5 wickets at the Park Hill Playing Field yesterday to clinch the 2013 National Lotteries Authority Neil Williams National Twenty/20 Cricket Championship, adding that Title to the Premier Division that they shared with Victors (1) and the Inaugural Super-40 Championship which they won earlier in the season.
Yesterday, LIME Radcliffe won the toss, batted first and were dismissed for 107 in 18.3-overs after Andrew Thomas top-scored with 41, Rodney Lawrence added 29. Veteran leg-spinner Olanzo Jackson 4 for 22, left-arm leg-spinner Asif Hooper 3 for 17 had bowled successfully for Team Rivals.
It took Team Rivals 18.5-overs and the loss of five wickets to score the required 108 for victory. Their leading scorers were Harley Skerritt 38, Marvin Small 23; Dyke Cato took 2 for 15 and Andrew Thomas 2 for 20 LIME Radcliffe. Harley Skerritt was named Man-of-the-Match.
Earlier in the semi-finals Saturday. LIME Radcliffe defeated Victors (1) by 84 runs at the Stubbs Playing Field.
