St. Kitts and Nevis scored in the 15th minute of yesterday’s Group (5) Caribbean Football Union (CFU) Caribbean Cup match to beat St. Vincent and the Grenadines 1-nil at the Arnos Vale Sports Complex here.
It was a Javeim Blanchet goal that sealed the victory for St. Kitts and Nevis.
It was the second defeat for St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the Tournament, having also been beaten 2-1 by Suriname last Saturday in Suriname.
Yesterday also, Curacao outplayed the US Virgin Islands 7-nil, Antigua and Barbuda defeated Grenada 5-1, Martinique won from Dominica 4-nil, and the Dominican Republic beat Guyana 2-1.
